Terms of sale

1. General

1.1. This document is a public offer under Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Seller is Vladislav Kirillovich Lazarev (Лазарев Владислав Кириллович), a self-employed payer of the professional income tax in Russia, taxpayer number (INN) 504045041576.

1.2. The Buyer is an individual who has paid for Minimal Network Pro. Paying means accepting these terms in full.

1.3. This page is a translation of the Russian text. If the two differ, the Russian text applies.

2. What is sold

2.1. Minimal Network is an extension for Chromium-based browsers that changes how YouTube and X (Twitter) look in the user's browser. Its basic features are free.

2.2. The Seller gives the Buyer a licence key that unlocks the paid Pro features of the extension, under a simple (non-exclusive) licence. What Pro includes is described on minnet.tech and in the extension itself, and may be added to.

2.3. The key is for life. There is nothing to renew and no renewal fee.

2.4. A key works in one browser installation. It can be removed in the extension (under About) and activated in another browser. A key may not be passed on or resold to anyone else.

3. Price and payment

3.1. The price is shown in the extension and on the payment page at the moment of payment. It is paid once: there is no subscription and no automatic charge.

3.2. Card payments are handled by the payment service Prodamus. Card details are entered on its page and are never passed to the Seller.

3.3. After payment the Buyer is sent a receipt issued under the professional income tax rules.

4. How the key is delivered

4.1. The product is digital and nothing is shipped. The key is issued automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed: the Pro features switch on in the extension and the key is shown in its window.

4.2. If Pro has not switched on within an hour of paying, write to volk.official.net@gmail.com with the time and amount of the payment.

5. Free trial

5.1. After the extension is installed, the Pro features are free for one day, once per computer. No card is needed, and nothing is charged when the trial ends.

6. Refunds

6.1. Pro can be tried free for a day before buying (section 5). For that reason a payment is not refunded after the key has been issued simply because the Buyer changed their mind.

6.2. The payment is refunded in full if the key was not issued, or cannot be activated for a reason on the Seller's side that the Seller has not fixed within 10 days of being told.

6.3. Requests go to volk.official.net@gmail.com. A refund is made by the same method the payment was made with. After a refund the key stops working.

7. Limits

7.1. The extension works on top of YouTube and X, which the Seller does not control. When those sites change their markup, individual features may stop working for a while; the Seller fixes this with an update within a reasonable time.

7.2. Minimal Network is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, YouTube or X Corp.

8. Personal data

8.1. What the extension stores and sends is described in the privacy policy.

9. Seller's details
